Medical devices should be designed with reuse in mind to reduce waste. In our ECG patch project, we created a reusable “brain” component that remains functional after the disposable patch is replaced — a smarter, more sustainable solution.
Designed for comfort and performance, the patch features a multilayer construction of biocompatible materials that ensures flexibility and secure adhesion to the skin.

During production support, we test and refine the final details to ensure everything is manufactured exactly as intended.

Through multiple iterations, we meticulously improved every aspect of the design — from mechanical performance to ergonomic comfort and production efficiency. Another key factor in the design was developing an intuitive step-by-step graphic system to guide users through patch installation. This visual language simplifies the process, ensuring accuracy, confidence, and ease of use.
